COMMON QUESTIONS!

Will the guide get posted to me? 

This is not a physical guide, it is a digital Ebook download that you will be able to easily download onto your phone or computer. You will receive an email with directions on how to download the Ebook once you have purchased the guide. 

Where can I get my hard copy of the Ebook printed? 

If you're wanting to get the Ebook printed simply download the file, save it to a USB, and take it to Office Works or wherever you plan on getting it printed.

Equipment Needed?

The Guide contains a mixture of workouts that require no equipment as well as workouts that do. For these workouts you may need a skipping rope, resistance band, dumbbells, and kettlebell. In saying this the workouts can be altered if needed. Simply swap out the exercises for an alternative. Eg instead of skipping do high knee's. For weighted exercises use a heavy household item. 

How long do the workouts go for?

The workouts vary between 20-40 minutes depending.

Do the workouts progressively get harder?

Yes the workouts get progressively harder as we are aiming to keep it interesting and continue to improve your fitness as you complete each week. In saying that you control the level of intensity you train at in each session so if the workouts are too easy you can add a finisher to the end, or if the workout is quite difficult you can slow things down and take longer rest periods/ do less reps. 

Can anyone do the workouts?

The workouts are able to be completed by beginners, intermediate and advanced individuals. As the guide begins quite simple and progresses each week into more intense workouts.

How many days a week do I need to do?

The guide contains 6 workouts per week, although you can control how many days per week you are doing to suit your lifestyle.

How do I download the ebook to my desktop?

You will receive two emails. First email will be your order confirmation and the second email will contain the one time download link. Simply click download and once the download is complete save the PDF files to your choice of folder on your desktop.
This option is best if your wanting to save to a USB and print the guides into a physical copy!

How do I download the ebook to my phone? 

You will receive two emails. First email will be your order confirmation and the second email will contain the one time download link. Simply click download and there will be an arrow pop up in the top right corner of your screen. Click the completed download and then it will automatically take you to the files section on your phone. You can choose where to save the PDF file so its easily accessible, or you can use the search tool on your phone, type in the name of the guide and it will take you directly to the file.
This option is best if your wanting to easily view the guide on the go!

How do I access the Facebook Forum?

In the second email you will receive with the download link there will be a link to the private facebook forum, simply click that and request to join. Your request may take up to 24hrs to be approved. If any longer then that time period please email allieautonfitness@hotmail.com and we will approve you asap.

Is there video demonstrations of the exercises? 

In the second email you will receive with the download link there will be a private Youtube link with a video containing all the exercises within the guide. The description contains the list of exercises and the time that they are performed in the video.
