The Fitbodyco booty bands come in a pack of 3 bands that each have different resistances:
PINK - lightest resistance
BLUE - medium resistance
PURPLE - heaviest resistance
These booty bands are made from premium quality fabric that include two rubber lines on the inside to stop the bands from slipping and moving during your workouts (unlike those annoying rubber ones that roll up & down your legs). A cotton drawstring bag is included to make it easy to take them anywhere and be packed away neatly.
